Notes about the Model: This boat is one of many built by Campbell Boatworks and was raced as Miss Timex in ERCU for many years by Jerry Johnston. Chuck Murray acquired it from Jerry in 2017 and later that year sold it to Mick. After the 2019 season, the boat received a new tail fin and was repainted in the famous Budweiser gold, red and white paint scheme.
Notes about the Real Boat: This hull debuted in 1968 and was Bernie Little’s first national champion, winning national titles in 1969, 1970 and 1971. It was one of five nearly identical hulls built by Seattle's Ed Karelson that included the 1967 and 1968 National Champion Miss Bardahl. After a distinguished record as Miss Budweiser, the hull raced as Country Boy in 1974 and Miss Vernors in 1975.
Notes about 2021: Looking forward to getting back on the water!
