Roger Newton Memorial RC Boat Show is Returning to the Museum!

Now that we seem to finally be through the worst of the pandemic protection mania, the Hydroplane and Raceboat Museum has rejuvenated the popular Roger Newton Memorial RC Boat Show.

With much help from our own David Newton the show will happen on Saturday, Feb. 18, so save the date and start getting your boats ready for display.

Sponsored by Roostertail Talk, Newton Marine and the Hydroplane & Raceboat Museum, there will be a best of scale award for the top five boats in attendance. Museum gift shop gift certificates will be part of the award to the best of scale winners.

More detailed information will be coming soon, but as usual tables, chairs and display materials along with boats will be the responsibility of club members who choose to display their hulls. Make plans now to attend, so ERCU can have a stellar showing at the event again this year - like we did at the last in-person event in 2020.
